Backawinners, a very good tipping week that could have been outstanding as in the LPGA, rookie, Muni He was one behind with ten holes to go. She hit two magnificent shots to the last green and lipped out for Eagle. One of her playing partners holed a 45 yard chip for three to tie for the lead and the other holed a 30 footer for eagle. Our girl lipped out at perfect speed denying us a $375 payday.
Muni He-$1501 each way- Ran T 5th, had three lipouts in the last three holes which constituted the difference between a $375 payout and a $55 payday.

Dunhill Links Championship
The European tour goes to the Fife coast for one of my favourite events of the year, the Dunhill Links Championship, the first three rounds are played on three courses and the last round on the Old course. The famous, fabulous links designed by nature, Allan Robertson and Old Tom Morris now measures 7305 yards (6680m) par 72 with a course rating of 76 and a slope of 133. Carnoustie, another Open links designed by Allan Robertson and Old Tom Morris in the 1800’s and amended by James Braid in 1926 now measures 7402 yards (6768m) par 72 with a slope on a still day of 139 and a course rating of 75.2. The third links, Kingsbarns designed by Kyle Phillips measures 7224 yards (6618m) with a course rating of 75.6 and a slope of 141, this event is a must watch. It also has a lot of sporting celebrities playing in a team event.

The tour returns to the Sanderson Farms Championship at the Country Club of Jackson, Mississippi, the John Fought redesign of 2008 now extends to 7400 (6800m) par 72 with a slope of 133 and a course rating of 75.2. Interestingly most of the past 14 winners have been medium length hitters, possibly due to the tiny complex green structures, Fought designed. Only Cameron Champ amongst the bomb and gouge brigade has prevailed.
