Race 4 at Rosehill Racecourse on Saturday the 16th of March 2024.

The Pago Pago Stakes is a Group 3 race held at Rosehill Racecourse and is run over 1200 metres. It is for colts and geldings aged two-years-old and is run under set weight conditions. The total prize money is $250,000 this year.

Pago Pago Stakes 2024 Preview

Track: Good Weather: Fine

Gatsby’s showed plenty on debut and looks nicely placed to go on with things in this field. Coleman maps for a good run and should give this field a shake. Duvana will need luck from barrier 10 but is racing in good fashion. Anode is lightly raced and goes amongst chances with a gap to the rest in the market.

He can bounce back from his last start run. Wasn’t disgraced but is capable of better and goes right in the mix if there is more gas left in the tank.

Super impressive on debut and maps well from the kind draw. J-Mac steers and the price looks fair enough.
