On debut she scored by 2 lengths over 1100m at Ascot, then won her 2nd start by 0.5 length at the same track and distance. She resumed from an 18 week spell for 0.9 length 2nd over 1000m at Belmont on 10 September. Looks well above average and is the leading hope here.

This three-year-old Galah gelding has three wins and a place from his nine starts. He was wide throughout and was left behind in the dash for the line for 4.4 lengths 4th over 1300m at Belmont on 31 August, then got away in the final 200m for a 1.3 length win over 1200m at York on 11 September. 3kg claim will help and he looks a nice each-way chance.

This four-year-old gelding is the early favourite in this Class 1 Colts and Geldings handicap over 1400m. He returns from a 29 week spell and didn’t win in his three starts last campaign. Not sure why he’s favorite and I’m prepared to risk him.
