This three-year-old Playing God gelding trained by Neville Parnham resumes here from a 19 week spell. He has only had 2 starts. On debut he led all the way for a 1.2 length win over 1200m at Belmont on 18 May, then revved up straightening then didn’t go on in the final 200m and finished 7th of 8 over 1000m at Belmont on 4 June. That was disappointing so he was spelled. Has had a couple of trials and should be ready to win first-up again.

Belle’s Fantasy (Ascot Race 7 No. 5)
This four-year-old Dream Ahead mare trained by David Harrison has a win and three place from five starts. She placed last start over 1200m at Belmont when first up after 46 weeks, and won at Northam at her only second-up attempt. Looks worth an each-way bet.

Fashion Stakes (Ascot Race 2 No. 13)
This three-year-old Playing God filly is the early favourite in this Maiden Set Weights race over 1400m. She has had two starts for 7th over 1200m at Belmont on 28 May then 3rd over 1200m at Belmont on 8 June. First-up after 19 weeks against some race fit horses who are close to a win. Willing to risk her.
