She began awkwardly and was very keen when 2.3 lengths 3rd over 1200m at Belmont on 29 December, then led all the way and hung on for a 0.2 length win over 1200m at Pinjarra Scarpside on 12 January. Strong claims.

Blue Card (Belmont Race 5 No. 1)
This four-year-old gelding is in good form at the moment.He reached the front but was grabbed in the final stride for 0.1 length 2nd over 2200m at Ascot on 28 December, then forged to the line for a narrow win over 2100m at Belmont on 11 January. Won’t be far away in the run and looks a nice each-way chance.

Sheer Magnum (Race 7 No. 9)
This three-year-old filly is the early favourite in this Class One Handicap over 1600m. She fought on for 1.6 lengths 2nd over 1650m at Belmont on 29 December, then took over straightening and burst clear for a 2.3 length win in a 1600m maiden at Pinjarra Scarpside on 12 January. Has drawn the outside barrier and will find this a lot tougher. Prepared to risk her here.
