Won both starts in his first prep – bolting in by six lengths at Ballarat then beating Foujita San at Moonee Valley. Has jumped out very strongly in recent weeks and gets Ben Melham for this first up assignment.

Resumes off a victory in the Country Championship at Sale. He’s a horse on the up but this is a good race and Lindsey Smith is not a noted first up trainer. I am happy to bet around him in this.
