Angry Skies broke his maiden in fast time on a wet track at Swan Hill, then ran on well at Sandown despite making his run in the inferior ground. The winner and third place horse have since run well in the Caulfield Guineas. That’s solid form for this. Is suited getting back onto a wet track.

Pride Of Jenni (Caulfield Race 8 No. 13)
Owned the race from the front when winning here two starts ago, then was heavily supported at Flemington but missed the kick and virtually had no hope once that happened. Was still really strong through the line. She likes the wet and if she can step cleanly this time around will take plenty of running down with Jamie Kah in the saddle.

Mr Maestro (Caulfield Race 3 No. 1):
Kiwi who has been very good winning his last two starts, although has had the perfect run in transit on both occasions. Now goes from Damian Lane to Harry Coffey. He is a worthy favourite but I don’t think he represents any value at the current quote.
