This five-year-old led all the way to win last start at Launceston and has very strong form at this track. He got to the lead at the top of the straight before being headed at the 200m and fading for 2.1 lengths 4th over 1430m at Hobart on 23 January, then led to the turn and held them all at bay for a 0.5 length win over 1400m at Launceston on 6 February. Rates highly.

This four-year-old Needs Further mare trained by Sigrid Carr is a good each-way chance here. She battled on gamely for 2 lengths 4th over 2100m at Hobart on 23 January, then gave nothing else a chance when a 0.5 length winner over 1600m at Hobart on 13 February

This four-year-old Needs Further mare trained by Adam Trinder has two wins and five places from 11 starts and is the early favourite in this 0-62 Rating Handicap over 1120m. He led for a good portion of the race before being grabbed near the post for 0.2 length 2nd over 1100m at Launceston on 19 January, then finished on well for 0.5 length 4th over 1100m at Hobart on 11 February when favourite. Willing to risk her here.
