On debut for Stuart Gandy, this gelding looks well above average. He trialled super (albeit doing a lot wrong) against some 58+ rated horses winning in style, and strikes a very thin maiden here. Might be a times and margins job with clear running, think he’s being aimed toward the TAS Guineas and this is just the first win en route.

Rock’em Baby (Launceston Race 6 No. 7):
In an even race I went searching for one the market may have missed and landed on ROCK’EM BABY. I think she gets a super run in behind the speed here, and can show her turn of foot late with even-luck. She was inconvenienced last start and still ran on okay, with the soft draw I think she can improve on that performance and run into the money.

Squazeemoto (Launceston Race 3 No. 1):
Pretty keen on the favourite in this race, along with a couple of other runners. I don’t think this he can win this, particularly after the barrier draw.
