Turk Warrior (Launceston Race 6 No. 1)
It’s been seven races for seven wins for this three-year-old Outreach gelding trained by Glenn Stevenson. At the end of last campaign he outsprinted the field for a 2 length win in the Tasmanian Sires Produce over 1400m at Hobart on 16 May. He resumed here after 28 weeks and won by 0.75 lengths over 1200m at Launceston on 1 December. Should continue on his winning way.

I’m Wesley (Launceston Race 7 No. 3):
I made this nine-year-old I Am Invincible gelding my best each-way bet when he resumed two weeks ago after not racing for 94 weeks. He ran 0.5 length 2nd in the TTC Newmarket Handicap on that occasion and I am sticking with him. In that race he finished ahead of 5 of his 6 rivals here. He won this race in 2017 and 2018 and on the basis of his last run I think he will figure in the trifecta again.

Peace Be Upon Him (Launceston Race 2 No. 2):
This three-year-old Divine Prophet gelding trained by Dylan Clark has one win and one place from three starts and is the early favourite in this Class 1 Handicap over 1200m. At his 2nd start he wore down the leader late for a 0.2 length win in a 3YO & up maiden over 1220m at Launceston on 10 November, then was slowly away when 3.2 lengths 7th ver 1200m at Launceston on 1 December. He has drawn very wide and looks vulnerable here.
