Pretty keen on MUSIC ADDITION here! If Darmo gets left alone up front he should be able to kick off the bend and prove far too good. Both pilot and camp airborne, and this horse looks back to his best in TAS. Rising 9YO BLAZE FORTH has found new life of late, is the likely danger here.

Queenborough Flyer (Hobart Race 8 No. 4)
I have no doubt that QUEENBOROUGH FLYER is the best horse in this race, but going to a Class 3 off throat surgery first up has thrown me. Will likely come up favourite but I expect her to drift. She maps to sit near last and be strongest late. THOUGHTS’N’PRAYERS looks the likely leader and travels over for VIC for powerhouse (and probably only) Diggers Rest trainer Tony Romeo. This gelding has some chance and has run well behind some decent horses in VIC including Spud and Cielo D’Oro. GEE GEE GOLDEN LASS and BETHPAGE are both some chance, they’re racing well but don’t win out of turn.

True Scotsman (Hobart Race 6 No. 4) & Pristine Image (Hobart Race 6 No. 3)
Not a huge amount of tempo here, so expect FREAK ON A LEAD to take up the running. He’ll be there abouts and they definitely run for young Chelsea Baker who takes the reigns again. TRUE SCOTSMAN could sit leaders-back here if he can punch through with the blinkers and Codi Jordan going back on board. If you pen his last run he may be worth a bet here with a soft trip likely. PRISTINE IMAGE went well first up for Sarah Cotton after coming over from Symon Wilde in VIC. He wasn’t totally suited last start and if he’d gotten out earlier probably finishes closer. Happy to trust his first up SP and if he finds the back of TRUE SCOTSMAN could be a factor late. If for some reason pace goes on, expect BERRUTI to be rattling late.

BROADWAY BABE is in the market again but after 13 starts without a win, and likely to sit near last, I can’t have her any shorter than double figures. All credit to those who want to be with her, but I simply cannot have.
