He was a 0.8 length winner over 1200m at Gawler on 17 May, then was hampered at the start and after being well-supported in the betting he only managed to run 7th of 9 over 1200m at Balaklava on 24 May. Expect him to go much better here and should be hard to hold out.

This 3YO Written Tycoon filly trained by Phillip Stokes is third-up here. She ran last at Sandown Hillside when resuming where she pulled up lame so there were excuses, then chased solidly making ground in the final 150m for 4th over 1000m at Mornington. The step up to 1100m looks ideal and she looks a great each-way chance.
