Our Gawler Racing Tips for Wednesday’s meeting.
Baby Alex (Gawler Race 1 No. 8)
A 2.4 length winner at her only start, this three-year-old Vancouver filly looked impressive. She settled just off the leaders and chased strongly to come clear over the final 150m for a strong win over 1200m at Murray Bridge on 7 September. Gets Kayla Crowther again and is the top pick.

Each Way
Betta Eddie (Gawler Race 5 No. 6):
This five-year-old Barbados gelding trained by Darren Magro & Aimee Bush at Gawler has been in the trifecta at six of his last seven starts. He tired late on the heavy track but held on for a 0.4 length win over 1100m at Gawler on 24 August, then made some ground without threatening for three lengths 5th over 1050m at Morphettville on Saturday 3 September. Has a 2kg claim and looks a nice each-way chance back on his home track.
$8.50
Best Lay
Princess Sally (Gawler Race 6 No. 10):
This four-year-old mare trained by Garret Lynch at Murray Bridge is the early favourite in this BM 54 Handicap over 1200m. She was always near the tail of the field before making late ground for 4.3 lengths 7th over 1200m at Murray Bridge on 7 September, then enjoyed an ideal trail before being disappointed for a run and working home late for 3 lengths 4th over 1300m at Balaklava on 14 September. On a seven day back-up but others look to have better chances.
$5.50

Our Murray Bridge Horse Racing Tips for Wednesday's meeting. Key Comments The track is currently rated Soft 5 and the rail is +3 metres the entire circuit including the 1800m and 2000m chutes. Best Bet Startide (Murray Bridge Race 7 No. 4) Startide is first-up from a 21 week spell and was a close runner-up in an Open Trial at Gawler. She has good first-up form and has raced in stronger fields than this. Strong chance. $3.30

Our Belmont Horse Racing Tips for Wednesday's meeting. The track is rated as a Good 4 and the rail is +8 metres the entire circuit. Best Bet Why Me (Belmont Race 7 No. 7) Why me chased strongly coming from near the tail of the field to win over 1600m at Albany to break his maiden status on 10th March. He's shown ability and looks capable of going on with it now. $2.15 Best Each

Our Wyong Tips for Wednesday's meeting. Key Comments The rail is in 3 metres. Expecting the best bet to kick off the day with a win on the back of a very strong second placing on debut. Best Bet Just Party (Wyong Race 1 No. 1) Just Party was left a sitting duck after doing too much early work but there was plenty of merit in the debut effort. Drawn kinder here, strips fitter and Tim Clark remains in the saddle. This

Our Doomben Horse Racing Tips for the 20th of March. The rail is in 6 metres and the track is in the soft range. A small 7 race card with the best bet in the first. Best Bet Bella Tivaci (Doomben Race 1 No. 2) Knocking on the door for a win and has been heavily tried to score here. Barrier 1 will afford every chance, Jones rides and this race is lacking depth. $2.10
