The rider dropped his whip and he was outgunned late for 0.1 length 2nd over 1200m at Naracoorte on 30 October, then he took over at the 150m but was grabbed late for 0.2 length 2nd over 1200m at Morphettville on 16 November. Looks a solid each-way chance.

This four-year-old mare trained by John Macmillan is the early favourite in this BM 60 Handicap over 1250m. She kept chasing gamely for 0.1 length 2nd over 1200m at Gawler on 2 October, then enjoyed an on-pace trail throughout when 0.7 length 2nd over 1200m at Morphettville on 16 November. Should run well again but always seems to find one better.
