Our Morphettville Parks Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.

Lafargue (Morphettville Parks Race 6 No. 5)
This four-year-old Capitalist gelding won at the same track and distance last start when resuming after 20 weeks. He drew clear in the final 150m to win by 1.5 lengths in a Class 1 Handicap om 10 September. That was a nice win. Drops 3kg in weight and is up in class, but this looks a winnable race for him.

Each Way

Montign (Morphettville Parks Race 8 No. 5)
This five-year-old Ambidexter gelding trained by Stuart Padman has six wins and a place from 12 starts. He was a 0.8 length winner over 1200m at Murray Bridge on 18 June, then had a 10 week let-up. He returned for a narrow win over 1250m at Morphettville Parks in a BM 68 on 27 August making a run of 5 wins in a row. This is a harder race but he gets a big weight drop and looks a nice each-way chance.

Sous Les Nuages (Morphettville Parks Race 4 No. 2)
This five-year-old gelding trained by Matt Cumani at Ballarat is the early favourite in this BM 82 Handicap over 2400m. He was held up and hampered several times before 1.3 lengths 3rd over 2200m at Pakenham on 8 August, then drove hard to the line when a length 2nd over 2200m at Pakenham on 26 August. With only 2 wins from 20 starts I am prepared to bet against him.

Horse Racing Tips : TAS Wednesday 6th March 2024

Our Launceston Horse Racing Tips for Wednesday. The evening meeting has 9 races with the first at 5.36pm. The track is a Soft 5 and the rail is +8 metres from the 1200m to the winning post and +6 metres for the remainder. As a general rule, runners who land in the front half of the field are suited at this track, with an advantage to those who find the inside lanes in the straight. David Pires has some good rides. Our Doomben Horse Racing Tips for the 6th of March. The rail is out 9 metres. With constant rainfall across the past few days expect the track to be in the soft range. The best bet comes up in race 6 and ticks plenty of boxes to be notching up another win. Best Bet Bubba's Bay (Doomben Race 6 No. 2) Has been around the mark this prep and maps for a lovely time of it from barrier 6. Kindly weighted and this field

Horse Racing Tips : VIC Tuesday 5th March 2024

Our Terang Tips for Tuesday's meeting. Key Comments The rail is true. The best bet comes off a 9 length romping and looks every chance of going one better despite the rise in grade. Best Bet Galloping Guru (Terang Race 7 No.2) Galloping Guru atoned with 2 luckless runs and put a 9 length margin on them. Goes up in grade but looks progressive and can head to the front and prove tough to mow down. Expecting the support to come prior to

Our Kembla Grange Tips for Tuesday's meeting. Key Comments The rail is in 6 metres. The best bet comes up in race 3 and looks very hard to hold out from the good draw with Jennings steering and hailing from the Doyle yard. Best Bet Reigning King (Kembla Grange Race 3 No. 2) Bumped into a good one fresh and was solid in defeat. Its only win came second up in the past so this looks a very suitable race and slightly easier
