Oh Mo (Morphettville Parks Race 6 No. 9):

Although he rarely wins. this Uncle Mo gelding hasn’t finished further back than 5th at his last eight starts and always runs an honest race. He came from clear last to finish 0.3 length, 1.3 length 3rd over 1400m at Murray Bridge on 8 June, the came from 11th with a big run where he got held up from the turn to the 200m and was unlucky to finish 1.2 lengths 4th when he should have been much closer over 1200m at Murray Bridge on 4 July. He carries 6kg less than his last start and looks an excellent each-way bet.

Sign Of Ussuri (Morphettville Parks Race 4 No. 4):
This three-year-old is the early favourite in this 1950m BM 72 handicap. He angled out wide approaching the turn and drew clear over the final 250m to win by 2.7 lengths over 1600m at Morphettville on 20 June, then went stride for stride with the eventual winner to be outbobbed to finish a close 2nd over 1500m at Gawler on a soft track on 11 July.There are several horses in the race who have won over the distance while he is yet to win beyond 1600m, and  even though his pedigree suggests the distance wont be a problem he is not a value runner.
