Data Patch looks hard to beat here. It failed to handle the heavy but previous runs on dry ground were excellent and include a 2.4 length loss behind Mishani Esprit and a 2nd to Cosmo Kramer. That form is more than good enough for this and James Orman steering is the cherry on top.

Hard to knock the way Atlantic Way has been going and it looks for three straight wins for the new stable. The last win was particularly impressive and the move of putting on the claimer is a smart one. Dry ground suits and it will take beating in this at a nice price.

The favourite is racing well without threatening but the price is short enough and there is 3 chances below $3.00 in this race. Given how competitive the field is I can’t see near odds on being a good bet given the favourite has also had 10 chances thus far to break maiden.
