Beef Week Princess was held up 3 times in the straight last start and looked like a hovercraft in the final 50 metres rushing home before it was all too late. Fradd sticks and drawn wide on this tight track is some query but the step up to 1680m is ideal. It’ll need some luck in running but if it finds clean air and is within firing range I expect it to win.

Despite the drift happy to take a chance on Parisian Lady. It found open company too hot last run but the start prior won in this grade by 2.5 lengths. Concede it goes up in weight from that effort and off the heavy but it does look hard to beat against this lot. Danger is Uncommon Valour.

Solid without being amazing last run. The 2 dangers in the market look to have the better form and are well and truly proven at this level. Off just a moderate run last start Havanothergo looks very short at the $2.60 mark.
