Has 2 wins on soft going and rates highly with Ryan Wiggins retaining the ride.

This 4YO gelding has 3 wins and a place from 8 starts and won at his only previous start at this track. He won by 2.5 lengths over 800m at Warwick on 11 November, then began well but dropped out when he tried to take on the winner and finished 11th over 900m at Gold Coast on 26 November. Has the speed to overcome a wide draw and looks a good each-way bet.

Mandalay Blonde is the early favourite in this 0-58 Handicap over 1200m. She was carried wide when 5.7 lengths 6th over 1200m at Ipswich on 18 November, then hit the line hard in the final 150m but was unable to reel in the leaders when 0.7 length 3rd over 1200m at Toowoomba. Has placed twice from 3 starts this campaign, but am willing to risk him here.
