Short but should be getting the job done. I Prefer Minties showed off a good turn of foot last run but couldn’t catch the tear away leader. It is the clear best horse in this race, rock hard fit and will take some holding out against this bunch.

Bushido (Ipswich Race 7 No. 3)
Bushido doesn’t win out of turn but does strike a nice race here and will take some beating. The claimer is a handy move and it has notched up three career wins from 8 starts on this track. In with the light weight and nice draw it should give a good kick in this race.

Casrock (Ipswich Race 4 No. 6)
Casrock was solid last run behind an in form galloper Atlantic Way. The danger in this race brings arguably the better form lines and while I don’t expect there to be a huge lot between them in the finish I did have Casrock marked longer odds than it is. The $2.90 is short enough.
