Handled the step up in grade well and just needs to overcome the wide barrier to give this race a shake. Thornton knows the horse well and if it can land somewhere near the speed it will be very hard to run down.

Vyner (Sunshine Coast Race 7 No. 3)
Handy stayer that probably beats these over further but was running over 2200 last prep so this looks far too short. Likely to be snagged back from the wide draw, on a track that suits those on speed the $3.50 is short.
