Ponca (Doomben Race 6 No. 8)
By no means an easy race but happy to be with Ponca at the $18.00 mark. It has measured up nicely both its past 2 runs and was soft to the line last start. It maps for a nice run in transit and has run a fast enough last 600 on multiple occasions to be worth considering here.

Aramayo (Doomben Race 5 No. 1)
Aramayo has been around the mark this prep but comes back to the right race. Jamie Kah and barrier 5 are both ticks, it should be ready to peak and has an excellent 4th up record. The $4.00 is a solid price in a slightly easier race than last start.

Juan Diva (Doomben Race 8 No. 2)
Taking on Juan Diva in the Nudge Stakes. While it has bee racing well it really is overdue for a win this prep. The map looks a bit tricky and in a quality field I would like to see it put another win on the board before considering. The $3.50 is short enough.

Our Doomben Horse Racing Tips for the 10th of February. The rail is out 0.5 metres. All runners should have their chance. Gone with some value with the best bet who loves racing on this track. Best Bet Jayanthi (Doomben Race 7 No. 12) Good hopes in this race. Loves racing here and will get a lovely run in transit. Hard to beat with 54kgs on its back. Like the placement in this class as well. $7.00

Our Randwick Tips for Saturday's meeting. Key Comments The track is soft 5 but improving. The feature races include the Lonhro Plate (race 2), Eskimo Prince Stakes (race 6) and the $2,000,000 Inglis Millenium. Best Bet Atmospheric Rock (Randwick Race 4 No. 20) Will need a back to follow at the right time but has good claims in this field and can give this race a shake. The barrier isn't ideal but gets back anyways and looks well placed here. $5.50

Our Canterbury Tips for Friday's meeting. Key Comments The rail is + 3 metres. The best bet has won for us in the past and sticking thick that it can make it two in a row. Best Bet Unusual Legacy (Canterbury Race 5 No. 4) Sticking with this fella who has been excellent to us and was a strong winner last start. Barrier 10 and a potential on speed pattern could make things tough but banking class to get it home. $1.95
