Elusive Jewel was extremely impressive on resumption and go on with things here despite the tricky draw. Its turn of foot is exceptional and it may land in better races than this if it can follow up on its first-up run. The $3.40 appeals.

Prince Of Boom (Doomben Race 7 No. 4)
There is no denying the talent of Prince Of Boom however this does look like a very sharp rise in grade for it. I have my doubts about the $2.70 despite the ideal draw and upside. Some of the others in this race bring in very strong form, It looks under the odds.
