Something a little different, keen to multi up the 2 favourites in races 1 and 2. Both should be winning in a canter and look city class. Just over even money is a steal for the multi and I expect both of them to win by large spaces.

Hail Manhattan (Doomben Race 9 No. 5)
Hail Manhattan has been building up to a win. Better suited off eagle farm and handles the heavy fine. It went very close to winning for us at large odds recently and can get the job done here.

Battleton (Doomben Race 6 No. 8)
Surprised Battleton is favourite here. Didn’t go an inch on the heavy last time it ran on it and with the conditions expected, I predict it will drift like the wind. Expect a few of these proven on the heavy to be well backed. The $3.70 is far too short.
