Desert Man looks well placed in this field and will take some beating. KWT is in excellent form and he will get all the favours from this draw. A second up winner in the past and flies over this trip, the $3.30 appeals.

Just fair in its 2 runs last prep, a recent trial was just okay. I had the favourite marked much shorter in the market and Pezzi Quaranta marked around $4.00. The $2.60 seems very short in early betting.
