Oakfield Paperbark (Gosford Race 7 No.9)
Happy to back this Sebring mare to finally break through for her maiden victory. She ran a peak first-up figure at this track and distance, where she finished 1.3 lengths off Lucky Variety. She drops in weight as this is a touch harder taking on the boys, but she has drawn a lot better, so I expect them to take up a more prominent position throughout as last start they had to drop back from the wide gate. She is the best runner in my opinion of the exposed form, so I expect her to go close.

My Eloise (Gosford Race 2 No.2)
Brilliant win first up over the 1100m at Hawkesbury. It was a peak figure for her and comes into this Class 1 full of confidence as she not only went along at a fast pace last time out, but she still picked up over the final 200m. The draw is a touch awkward but she maps really well for this course and distance, and she should go close to winning this.
