Rubinocchi (Gosford Race 4 No. 3)
This three-year-old Rubick filly trained by Joe Pride has two wins from four starts. Last campaign she was winded late for 8.6 lengths 8th over 1100m at Randwick on 10 July, then led all the way for a 1.6 length win over 1000m at Gosford on 25 July. Resumes here from a 17 week spell and was 2nd in a Warwick Farm trial on 16 November. Has won on heavy going and looks like the winner here.

Schiller Bay (Gosford Race 6 No.7):
This four-year-old Artie Schiller gelding trained by Jenny Graham at Port Macquarie has three wins and three places from nine starts. He chased solidly for 2.1 lengths 4th over 1210m at Port Macquarie on 24 October, then finished best for a 2.5 length win at Kempsey on 5 November. Should race on the speed and looks a good each-way bet.

Forzanini (Gosford Race 5 No. 4):
This three-year-old Pride of Dubai filly trained by Peter & Paul Snowden has one win and one place from five starts and is the early favourite in this Fillies & Mares BM 68 handicap over 1100m. She was a 0.1 length winner of a 2YO maiden plate ove 1100m at Kensington on soft going on 16 June, then only battled for 4.8 lengths 6th over 1100m at Randwick on heavy going on 10 July. Resumes here after 19 weeks and looks risky first-up on heavy going.
