Wagunda looks suitably placed and can win this race. Its last run was a good effort, stepping up in trip should suit and this field isn’t tough. It maps to sit just off the speed and can run over them late in the piece.

The favourite will need luck in this race from the wide draw. It tackles this race first up and there is some good value floating about.The $2.70 seems very thin in a field where a lot of these runners are knocking on the door. Happy to risk against this lot.
