Seeing no reason to jump off Lampkin Lane after it won well for us last start. It stays at Grafton, Harrison steers and as long as the track isn’t too wet it should be hard to hold out again. Just banking on no worse than a soft 6/7.

Volfoni (Grafton Race 6 No. 8)
Sticking with Volfoni after it won from the clouds for us last week. I dismissed it being any chance by the bend and it was one of the better wins I have ever seen. Will get back from the draw and need some luck in running but Harrison sticks and it looks big each-way odds at $17.00

Best Lay
Komata (Grafton Race 1 No. 1)
Taking on the short favourite in the first. While its racing well it is unproven in the wet and meets a field where some of these are already known to handle the conditions. $2.25 is a risky price and if it doesn’t like the toe in the ground then 2200 is a distance where horses came become unstuck over. Prepared to risk at the price.
