Saturn Star (Randwick Race 4 No. 8)
He made a winning debut at the end of September, winning by over half a length at a Rosehill midweek meeting, beating home Pereille, Tribeca Star and next start winners Golden Age and Pungo. In summary, the race has since produced two winners and eight placings, which is a nice form reference, matched with the fact this guy has since trialled the house down against quality horses like Lost and Running and Buenos Noches. The draw is ideal and he maps to get a soft lead. The slight query is the 34 day gap, but knowing the stable, he should be ready to go.

Military Mission (Randwick Race 9 No.6)
Happy to have an each-way bet about this fella, who had a tremendous second preparation in Australia. First-up last preparation he finished third to Azarmin at Canterbury before winning his next two races and then placing second behind a Saturday grade in Hameron. Two trials in preparation for this, drawn ideally and Josh Parr aboard, I expect a solid run off the leader’s back before him hitting the line hard.
