Miss Fox (Gosford Race 4 No.4)
This bloke always runs well fresh, winning twice and placing twice in five first-up attempts. He is no stranger to the Gosford track, winning here twice in three starts whilst placing the other start, and his record over 1000m is just as good, winning three from four with one placing. Josh Parr rides which is ideal as he knows the horse well and he has a 19% winning strike rate here at Gosford. He has drawn wide and will likely be midfield or worse but that shouldn’t matter as he is in the easiest grade he has been in since 2020! He will need luck but he looks a good bet.

Happy to back this filly following her bold first-up run, finishing 2.2 lengths off A Lot More Love, which reads well considering she won the Reginald Allen and placed in the Callader-Presnall since. She has drawn well, will appreciate 1600m, and handles all conditions. She isn’t the worst each way bet here.
