The gelding operation has worked a treat for this one. No problems with the wide draw as it usually settles off the speed. With even luck in running The Himalayas has the turn of foot to put these away. I expect it to firm from the $6.00 mark.

The Poacher resumes off a 6 month break. Its win before heading to the paddock was solid however that was in maiden company. It versus some stiff opposition here including Acappella Sun who was a dominant winner in open company and chased home In Secret. I am surprised The Poacher is favourite and have my queries about its form lines.
