Wild Botanica (Kembla Grange Race 1 No. 6)
She was scratched from Warwick Farm Wednesday for this race, and I think it was a good move. She was brilliant first up when finishing 1.5 lengths back in fourth behind Sneaky Paige, Never Second, and Beep Test. There have been two nice winners coming out of that race since, and this is a big drop back in grade for her. Jay Ford has stuck with her, she has drawn nicely and maps to stalk the likely leader in Surfers Royale. She will give us a sight.

Stroke of Luck (Kembla Grange Race 2 No.6)
He won well at Newcastle in a entires and geldings maiden race, winning by almost half a length on the line. He was held up briefly entering the straight, and despite travelling quickly, managed to finish the race off just as good. Up to 1500m is a nice step, Hugh Bowman sticks with him and hopefully, he won’t be too far away from the leaders on the turn when entering the straight.
