Dragonstone (Randwick Race 7 No. 4)
This three-year-old Mikki Isle gelding trained by Mark Newnham has two wins and three places from five starts and is the youngest runner in this BM 78 handicap. When resuming from a 19 week spell he won by a length over 1000m at Kembla Grange on 20 November, then was winded late for 2.9 lengths 2nd over 1100m at Randwick on 11 December. Has won on rain-affected going and looks perfectly placed.

Key Largo (Randwick Race 4 No. 7):
This five-year-old I Am Invincible gelding trained by Bryce Heys at Warwick Farm has three wins and seven places from 16 starts. After spelling for 26 weeks he chased hard for 0.2 lengths 2nd over 1100m at Gosford on 24 November, then kept chasing after being held-up early in the straight for 2.8 lengths 2nd over 1100m at Canterbury on heavy going on 10 December. with the best last 800m race sectional of the day. Should get a nice run behind the speed and looks a good each-way chance.

King’s Trust (Randwick Race 2 No. 2):
This six-year-old Hinchinbrook gelding trained by Terry Robinson at Shoalhaven Heads is the early favourite in this Highway Class 3 Handicap over 1400m. He found the front at the 180m but was overtaken late for 0.2 length 2nd over 1200m at Rosehill om 27 November, then fought on strongly to get the bob in for a narrow win in a Highway Class 2 Handicap over 1400m at Randwick on 18 December. Has drawn barrier 15 and I’m prepared to risk him here.

Our Doomben Horse Racing Tips for the 20th of March. The rail is in 6 metres and the track is in the soft range. A small 7 race card with the best bet in the first. Best Bet Bella Tivaci (Doomben Race 1 No. 2) Knocking on the door for a win and has been heavily tried to score here. Barrier 1 will afford every chance, Jones rides and this race is lacking depth. $2.10
