This trip suits and it has enough speed to offset the wide draw. I was impressed with its last win and Maloney coming for the one steer is a mammoth push.

Night Guy looks a strong chance in this race. He did a few things wrong last run but still found the line well enough to score and this race isn’t any harder. He gets a nice draw, the jockey sticks and he can go right on with things at a good price.

Boogie Wonderland (Lismore Race 8 No. 7)
Happy to take on Boogie Wonderland. It won well last start but has never put two wins in a row together and just the 2 from 18 career starts is a lightly concerning strike rate. In an even race I had it marked longer odds than the current $3.50 on offer.
