Its worth noting Miss Shalaa was backed into black figures last run and she does have less convictions than some other chances well in the market. The $7.00 is a good price.

Proverbial (Scone Race 9 No. 4)
Proverbial ticks plenty of boxes in this race and will take some beating dropping back from highway grade. Bell is 2/3 aboard, it maps for a nice run in transit and will appreciate this easier grade. The $6.00 holds good appeal on an each way basis and I expect it to be well backed.

Leica Storm has been racing okay but needs plenty of luck from the draw and has had a few chances now. It has been a beaten favourite its past 2 runs and seemed to have every chance in both of them. With the potential of being posted wide from the draw the $2.80 is short enough.
