This four-year-old Bradbury’s Luck gelding is having his first start for his new trainer Gordon Spowart at Geraldton. He finished 0.6 length 2nd over 1000m at Northam on 29 July, then fought evenly to the line when 4.1 lengths 7th over 1000m at Belmont on 18 August. Back from a six week let-up and should perform well.

Dance Cockey (Geraldton Race 4 No. 2):
This five-year-old Galah gelding has had five wins and five places from 25 starts, with three wins at this distance. He was overhauled in the final stride for 0.1 length 2nd over 1100m at Northam on 9 September, then battled evenly to the line for 1.9 lengths 4th over 1000m at Belmont on 18 September. Blinkers go back on and the 3 kg claim makes him a nice each-way proposition.

Angry Annie (Geraldton Race 3 No. 4):
This six-year-old Vital Equine mare is the early favourite in this RTG 70+ race over 1113m. At the end of last campaign she finished 7.2 lengths 12th over 1200m at Ballarat on 28 April, then resumed after 18 weeks for 4.2 lengths 8th in the Coolgardie Sprint over 1300m at Kalgoorlie on 5 September. She can be vulnerable second-up and looks a risk at the short price.
