Platinum Class | (Belmont Race 2 No.9)

This is a very thin maiden race and I reckon this unraced War Chant filly is worth the bet. Her trials have been good and they have been patient with her, so I think she is ready to put her best foot forward in her debut. She has drawn nicely, and has Chris Parnham aboard, so all going well, she should run a solid race.

Semigal | (Belmont Race 8 No.7)

This is a nice bet to finish off the card in a wide-open final race. His runs this preparation have been very good, starting with a 0.3 of a length second to rival Double Jeopardy before heading to a Saturday grade 1200m race and running a solid 1.5 length third to Rulelee and Safety Bay, with Safety Bay running well in Saturday grade since. The draw is a touch awkward but with a good ride by Clint Johnson-Porter and the step back to 1000m, he is a nice each-way bet to finish the afternoon.

Current Price: $7.00/$2.50
