Kazoku | (Belmont Race 4 No.5)
This Bradbury’s Luck mare should be peaking in fitness now after back-to-back placings. Her last outing was her best this preparation, coming from worse than midfield to finish 0.4 of a length back in third. Clint Johnson-Porter is back aboard, she is drawn ideally and should be able to sit a touch closer in the run should they want to do so. The 1650m looks as though it will suit and I think she is a big chance here.

This girl is coming from the same race as our best bet. She was second-up in the event and came with a storming run with Kazoku to finish second, 0.1 of a length off Snippy Miss. She enters this race third-up and should improve nicely from a peak performance last start with Chris Parnham aboard. The draw is a tricky one and it is going to take a nice ride with some luck to get her into a decent position. I think she is a great chance to walk away with a win for this preparation and her best should be too good.

Karalee Rocks | (Belmont Race 5 No.7)
I do concede that she won her debut race well but this is a different kettle of fish. She steps up into Class 1 company and takes on the older horses for the first time. This is a lot tougher than what she faced first-up and she is likely to get back in the field despite drawing well. At her price, I am happy to take her on.
