Mahaleo | (Belmont Race 8 No.1)
Going with this consistent Our Boy Leo gelding who is yet to finish out of the top two this preparation. Last start he was over-run late in the piece by Magnificent Andy but still managed to beat the remainder of the field by just over 1.5 lengths. He drops back to Class 3 grade whilst stepping up to the 1700m, which looks ideal from a similar draw to what he had last start. Chris Parnham sticks with him which gives me confidence he is bound for another big run.

Mojo’s Luck | (Belmont Race 1 No.4)
This is a very shallow two-year-old race and it is well set up for a horse like this. The Rubick gelding over-raced a touch last start against much more superior opposition when he finished 3.8 lengths back in fifth. He goes up to 1400m which suits and gets a senior jockey back aboard, so I am expecting a decent run from the draw. They have the option to sit a touch closer in the run should they choose, and I see him fighting out the finish here.
