This daughter of Xtravagant was brilliant on debut two runs back at Albany but last start, on the other hand, was one to forget. She was blocked for a run up the entirety of the straight and never really got a crack at them at any point. The draw here does look a touch awkward but I am sure that Clint Johnston-Porter will find a spot for her in the run. She is unknown on the wet, but I am expecting class to get her home.

I am with this Snippetson debutant who is coming off an impressive trial at Lark Hill on 28/05/2022. He was urged along slightly in the straight to keep up with the eventual winner who was urged along with a touch harder, finishing within half a length. That trial was softer than advertised so the wet ground hopefully shouldn’t be an issue and the booking of Chris Parnham indicates to me he might have some talent. He is a nice price to find out, definitely each way with $2.00+ a place.
