This Trade Fair gelding trained by Colin Webster has four wins and a place from five starts and is the short-priced favourite in the Listed West Australian Breeders Classic for 3YOs. At the end of last campaign he was a 1.9 length winner over 1400m at Belmont on 4 September. He resumed after a 19 week spell for a 3.5 length win over 1200m at Ascot, showing he has come back as good as ever. Should win.

One For The Road (Pinjarra Scarpside Race 7 No. 5):
This four-year-old Sessions gelding trained by Adam Durrant has had 10 starts for one win and five places. He made steady ground from last to finish 6 lengths 6th over 2100m at Belmont on a heavy track on 14 July, then didn’t go on when 6.4 lengths 8th over 1600m at Kalgoorlie on 25 July. Resumes here after 27 weeks and won first-up over 1400m at Kalgoorlie last campaign. Looks a nice each-way chance.

Dazzling Dane (Pinjarra Scarpside Race 2 No. 8):
This four-year-old Dane Shadow mare trained by Raquel Williams is the early favourite in this Maiden over 1200m. She has only had one start where she finished 2 lengths 2nd in a field of eight over 1000m at Pinjarra Park on 13 January. She will probably run well but doesn’t represent value at the current price.
