Son Son (Ascot Race 3 No. 1)
This three-year-old Rogano gelding trained by Adam Durrant has three wins and three places from six starts. When resuming from a 19 week spell he controlled the race in front and won by two lengths over 1200m at Ascot on 21 April, then was leading but was overhauled late for 1.29 lengths 2nd over 1100m at Ascot on a heavy track on 5 May. Should win here provided the track is not too heavy.
