Peak Road got the job done as best bet for us today and Pontificate comes out of the same race so I am keen to stick with the formlines. It maps beautifully from barrier 2 for Dean Holland, didn’t have much luck in the run last start and there has already been two winners come out of the race.

Castillian (Warracknabeal Race 1 No. 2)
Castillian has showed good promise to date and comes out of a strong form race. Billy Egan takes the steer and a recent trial was solid. It strikes a winnable race upon resuming and the $4.60 holds strong appeal in a moderate field.

Georgy The Great (Warracknabeal race 1 No. 3)
Jumpouts were solid enough from Gregory The Great but this race is wide open and the market has it a clear cut favourite. There are 2 main dangers that have both shown plenty of potential so the early $2.60 for Gregory looks a very risky bet. I expect it to drift.
