This four-year-old Fiorente gelding is the early favourite in this Class 1 Plate over 2050m. He faded late for 1.1 lengths 4th over 2050m at Strathalbyn on 29 January, then dropped out in the straight after going too hard early to finish 12 lengths 6th over 2000m at Naracoorte on 12 February. This doesn’t look any easier and I’m prepared to risk him.
