This four-year-old Free Eagle gelding trained by Sue & Jason Jaensch has two wins and two places from eight starts. He was a 1.5 length winner over 1800m at Mindarie-Halidon on 19 September, then kept grinding away for 1.9 lengths 4th on a heavy track over 2100m at Gawler on 4 October. Has a 2kg claim, will appreciate the good track and should be hard to beat on his home track.

Wild Willy (Naracoorte Race 6 No. 4):
This four-year-old Atomic gelding trained by Lee Creek has three wins from seven starts. At the end of last campaign he didn’t run on and finished 5.6 length 6th over 1200m at Naracoorte on 2 May, then was spelled for 21 weeks. He resumed with a first-up win by 0.5 length over 1200m at Naracoorte on 26 September where he drove through along the fence to hit the lead at the 200m and kept going strongly. Looks a nice each-way chance at the same track and distance.

Loose Lip Lloyd (Naracoorte Race 8 No. 7):
This five-year-old Azevedo gelding trained by Belinda O’Loughlin is the early favourite in this BM54 handicap over 1430m. He finished 4.2 lengths 2nd over 1600m at Coleraine on 24 September, then kept fighting for 1.2 lengths 3rd over 1400m at Hamilton on 9 October. He has placed at his last four starts but only has one win from 22 starts and I’m prepared to risk him here.

The rail is in the true position. Bullock has been riding in terrific form and comes up with a strong card again. He looks the jockey to follow on a card full of favourites that are hard to beat. Best Bet Sardonyx (Scone Race 2 No.3 ) A key scratching comes out and leaves Sardonyx very hard to beat. Maps well, Bullock steers and gets the right race here.
