Likely to race on the speed. Gets a 3kg claim here and should be hard to beat.

He was gathered in late for 0.9 length 2nd over 900m at Murray Bridge on 13 July, then was taken out wide and was winded to the line to finish 5 lengths 8th in a BM 68 Handicap over 1000m at Murray Bridge on 6 August. Drawn well in barrier 2 and looks a nice each-way chance.

He battled solidly for 0.9 lengths 3rd over 2200m at Balaklava on 27 July, then went down narrowly for 0.6 length 2nd over 2200m at Balaklava on 10 August. Has a big weight and with only 4 wins from 29 starts I am prepared to risk him.
