Couldn’t help being impressed with the speed she showed to win a Class 1 Handicap by 6.5 lengths last start over 1050m at Oakbank on 21 December. The start before she was a 0.5 length winner of a maiden plate over 1100m at Bordertown on 11 December. Going for a hat-trick here and I think she can do it.

This six-year-old mare has 2 places and a win from 33 starts this campaign. She was 3rd in a 0-58 Handicap over 1050m at Balaklava on 7 December, then won by 0.5 length over 1100m at Strathalbyn on 28 December. Should race on the speed and looks a nice each-way chance.

Kate’s Rebel (Oakbank Race 3 No. 6)
This Rebel Raider mare is the early favourite in this 0-56 Handicap over 2150m. She battled steadily for 3.2 lengths 4th over 2050m at Strathalbyn on 14 December, then did well for 0.5 length 2nd over 2150m at Oakbank on 21 December. She is nicely drawn but the price looks too short.
