He joined in at the 150m but was unable to keep with the winner for 0.5 length 2nd over 1000m at Morphettville Parks on 3 October, then was held up from the turn to the 200m to finish 2.6 lengths 5th over 1000m at Morphettville Parks on 24 October, Is on a seven day back-up and should be able to win.

Hypercane (Morphettville Race 4 No. 1):
This four-year-old Toronado gelding has two wins and four places from 10 starts. He came from 10th and worked home nicely for 4.4 lengths 4th in a BM 82 over 1250m at Morphettville Parks on 3 October where he was clearly looking for longer, then battled away for 7.3 lengths 8th in the Listed Murray Bridge Cup over 1600m on 16 October. He dros down in grade to a BM 68 here and looks a nice each-way bet.

Gougers (Morphettville Race 6 No. 9):
This seven-year-old Wanted gelding is the early favourite in this BM 64 Handicap over 1200m. He resumed after 18 weeks with a 0.5 length win over 1050m at Morphettville on 12 September, then kept kicking for 0.4 length 2nd over 1100m at Morphettville on 17 October. His third-up record is poor and other runners represent better value.
