Our Morphettville Horse Racing Tips for Tuesday’s meeting.
Slipintothis (Morphettville Race 8 No. 1)
This five-year-old Proisir gelding trained by Ryan Balfour has five wins and seven places from 16 starts. He gathered the leader in at the 200m and drew clear for a 1.9 length win over 2500m at Morphettville on 9 October, then kept kicking for 0.5 length 2nd over 2250m at Morphettville Parks on 23 October. Has drawn the rails and should be hard to beat.

Champs D’or (Morphettville Race 7 No. 3):
This four-year-old Deep Field mare trained by Tony & Calvin McEvoy has one win and four places from six starts. She wound up slowly three wide down the straight for 0.1 length 2nd over 1000m at Ballarat on 31 August, then worked to the lead before going down late for 1.7 lengths 2nd over 1100m at Hamilton on 19 October. She has placed at all three runs this campaign and looks a great each-way chance again.

Sea Witness (Morphettville Race 6 No. 4):
This four-year-old Star Witness gelding trained by Byron Cozamanis is the early favourite in this BM 54 Handicap over 1050m. He was the widest runner and made some ground but was never really in it when he finished 3.3 lengths 7th over 1000m at Morphettville Parks on 5 June, then he got to the front at the turn but got very tired in the final 200m and finished 9.3 lengths 11th on heavy going over 10050m at Morphettville on 26 June. Resumes here after 18 weeks and takes a 3kg claim. Prefer to see.

Key Comments The rail is true. The best bet can land us a win in the first. Best Bet Pee Dee (Quirindi Race 2 No. 1) Has been sound in both efforts to date and this race lacks any depth. The 5th last start is better than it reads on paper and that is in a race much harder than this. Goes in the mix here. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Bhakti Dave Each Way

Key Comments A big 10 race card takes place. The rail is in 3 metres. The track usually suits those who can sustain a long run to the line. That will suit the best bet who loves racing here and comes up later in the day. Best Bet Flame Tree Star (Grafton Race 1 No. 1) Has a booming turn of foot and while Swanston doesn't have the easiest pattern to catch, this track does suit and that shows with the 9 placings
